When you’re listening with no agenda, zero agenda, then you don’t pick up the energy. When you want to make it right for the other person, you’re likely to take on the energy, and get contaminated.
When you’re thinking about communicating with someone, the first question you might ask yourself is, “What energy am I in?” And “what energy is that other person in?”
A little exercise and ask yourself: “When do I listen to my spiritual voice and how do I know what I know?”
Jot that down as something to do when you’re meditating. Just ask the question “Out of this meditation, what do I know now?”
Looking at it from a spiritual perspective, there are some interesting lessons, one of which is trust and who you trust spiritually.
