This ancient spiritual practice combines physical movements with mental focus. It is known to reduce stress, improve balance, increase strength and flexibility. This type of slow movement, will improve coordination, and increase overall well-being. It is also a form of meditation that can reduce anxiety, improve concentration, and promote relaxation.

Through Tai Chi, we can learn to be more mindful and present in the moment, expanding our awareness to connect with our true nature.

What I love about teaching Tai Chi Gung is that through its practice, I expand my consciousness, and students benefit while expanding their consciousness in a gentle, safe, and powerful way. Tai Chi Gung is the perfect door to vibrationally conscious growth.

As a long-time meditator, I’ve had numerous kundalini or second-birth experiences, some of which were physically painful and emotionally challenging. Because Tai Chi Gung can activate and awaken kundalini energy in safe and gentle ways, I became a Tai Chi Gung teacher.

I practice Tai Chi Gung daily because it deepens my expression of movement, energy, and breath and amplifies consciousness. While doing Tai Chi Gung practices, I often gain insights and guidance about my professional work and how it serves my divine purpose. Because I love to facilitate vibrationally conscious growth in my students, I recommend you attend a live Tai Chi Gung class with one of our recommended Tai Chi Gung Teachers.

I understand the importance of sharing my knowledge and skill as a healer who can empower others to use their own energy to heal themselves. Disease begins in the energy field. As a Doctor, I know how to treat the body, and now as a Tai Chi Gung Teacher, I can additionally impact people before their diseases manifest.

Tai Chi Gung helps my patients stay healthy and cleans the “energy of disease,” which decreases the manifestation of disease. 

From my earliest memories, I always felt physically what other people felt in their bodies. This ability made my work as an allergist, immunologist, and internist natural because I could use my intuitive knowing from my own experiences in my body to inform what was going on in my patient’s body. Tai Chi Gung allows us to experience the energy field around each of us consciously.

This simple Spiritual Practice expanded my understanding of my own energy field and how it relates to what I perceive in others. It also profoundly expanded my understanding of the dimensions of time and space. As I continue doing Tai Chi Gung, I notice that I dream more and pray more. I recognize God’s Divine presence in my work and in my personal growth.

I found myself at a crossroads and was searching for a path to truly fulfill me and my inner being  And, on my way, I discovered the sacred ancient practice of Tai Chi Gung. I knew God had a plan for me and suddenly my soul was on fire as I began my discovery. It ignited me in a way I never saw coming and I am immensely grateful.
